Phoenix Contractors successfully completed three renovations for us — our kitchen and two baths — and we were extremely happy with the results. They began and ended according to schedule and offered reasonable rates for the labor costs. If extra materials were needed or if they had to do follow-up adjustments/repairs, they did so right away. They also were very conscientious about responding to questions and concerns, and also made helpful tips when we asked for input. In addition, they were very reasonable about the extra cost when we had some unexpected water damage and repairs had to be made to the apartment below ours. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor.

I first worked with Phoenix Contractors to repair a fire-damaged investment property I own. They worked well with my insurance company and restored the unit so that it looked brand new. My tenant and I were very pleased with the outcome. Phoenix has since worked on several of my properties including emergency plumbing problems. They are very dependable, their work is great and their prices are affordable.

They came to my unit and painted, installed a new garbage disposal, performed some dry wall and plastering work in my bathroom and also did some handiwork including repairing a towel rack and stair rack at my unit.
